Aim: Fi report a clinical case a 15 years old girl, wid low visual acuity inna har left eye.
Methods: Dis case report a one retrospective an descriptive study. Data did gather fram patient clinical record file weh did include anamnesis, examination an analysis a diagnostic tests.
Results: A 15 years old female complain bout low visual acuity inna har left eye (LE), fi di last three weeks, before consultation. Har fadda an granny did have low visual acuity since young age not correctable wid glasses. Best corrected visual acuity was 6/6 inna di right eye an 6/36 inna di left. Both eyes anterior segment examination was normal. Bilateral posterior segment exam did show yellow colored material similar to yolk egg structure, pan di macula. Di macula optical coherence tomography (OCT) did show RE pigmentary epithelial detachment (PED) an LE atrophic scar. Fluorescein Angiogram (FFA) did show active choroidal neovascular membrane (CNVM) inna di LE. Fi treatment a di CNVM inna left eye it did get Intra vitreous Ranibizumab injection once. Pan di sixth an twelfth months review di visual acuity, FFA an macula examination did stable. Routine blood investigation, physician consultation not find no abnormality.
Conclusion: Di family history, clinical findings, OCT an fluorescein angiogram features dem did characteristic a Best Vitelliform Macular Dystrophy.
