A 31 year old female patient did have decreased vision inna har left eye fi several months. Visual acuity was 20/20 inna right eye an counting fingers fram 2 m inna left eye. Examination a left eye did demonstrate massive macular exudation wid grayish discoloration a central macula an, aneurysmal an telangiectatic vessels wid surrounding exudation inna temporal mid peripheral retina. Optical coherence tomography a left eye did show findings consistent wid neovascular complex, pigment epithelial detachment, subretinal fluid an involvment a choroid. Deh did have hyperfluorescent focus wid perfusing retinal arteriole an draining venule at di fovea weh did compatible wid retinal angiomatous proliferation (RAP) inna early phase fundus fluorescein angiography an leakage did observe inna late phase. Afta 3 doses a monthly-injected intravitreal ranibizumab an argon laser photocoagulation apply pan aneurysmal an telangiectatic vessels, wi observe central macular fibrosis, minimal lipid exudation an no macular edema. So retinal angiomatous proliferation maita bi a feature a adult onset Coats' disease.
